Work Arrangement:
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM's Mountain View, California office three times per week, at a minimum.
The Role:

In this role you will have the opportunity to be creative and use your judgment to drive GM forward through impactful executive hires. We are seeking data savvy, executive talent sourcing specialist to help us develop talent pipelines, build talent maps, and implement new technologies. With all the hottest tech in play, we are working at the ground level to influence the way we interact with talent and build our brand. As an Executive Technical Sourcer, you will be tasked with setting strategy to attract critical executive skills, specialized one-of-a-kind niche technical leadership talent, and be experienced on finding top talent. This role requires a hands-on approach building and implementing sourcing strategies. You will use your project management skills to delegate tasks and assess progress to goal as one of the primary sourcing points of contact to the Executive Technical Talent Acquisition team and executive leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with and actively build collaborative relationships with executive recruiters, TA leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teammates.
- Using data insight to create executive sourcing strategies for niche skills and critical leadership skills, collaborating with the entire Executive Technical Talent Acquisition and executive hiring managers to implement your sourcing strategies.
- Reporting on metrics of executive sourcing activities for the assigned skillset area, including KPIs and ROI analysis throughout the search.
- Influence and educate the business leaders and HR leaders through data, acting as Executive Technical Talent Acquisition's trusted coach and guide.
- Actively research and build qualified pipelines to fill openings and proactively map the executive technical leadership market.
- Create outstanding experiences for candidates and internal partners by personalizing interactions and maintaining integrity and timely responses.
- Work in an extremely fast moving, ambiguous environment with poise and professionalism.
- Have an extreme attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Be extremely tuned into EQ.
Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of executive technical sourcing experience for leaders across tech and non-tech niche skill sets, with the ability to flex into different technologies.
- Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
- Experience with common sourcing tools and related TA tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Beamery, Seekout, Codility, Stack overflow, GitHub, HireRight, and Glassdoor). - Thrive a huge plus.
- Expertise in finding executive candidates with no digital presence, digging deep into conferences, published work, boards, networks, and alternative sourcing methods.
- Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization and narrative story telling.
- Experience using a CRM such as Greenhouse or Workday.
- Ability to establish strong relationships quickly and build networks to accomplish goals.
- Project management proficiencies, including time management, delegation, and progress reports.
- Understanding of applicable employment law as required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (read write and speak).

Compensation :
The salary range for this role is $98,900-$158,000. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
