Job Title: Executive Sourcer
Location: UK, France, Switzerland (Remote/Home-based)

Position Summary:

The Executive Sourcer plays a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier leadership talent for Director, Senior Director, General Manager, and Vice President level roles. The primary objective is to collaborate with the Executive Recruiting Manager to deliver a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates within agreed timelines while building a strong talent pipeline for future needs.

The Role:

• Strategic Sourcing: Design and implement tailored research strategies to identify a diverse candidate pool for each requisition.

• Candidate Identification: Utilize various channels including networking, online databases, social media, contact lists, internal Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday), and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.

• Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates efficiently, ensuring up-to-date CVs are collected and relevant candidate information is recorded.

• Screening: Conduct thorough initial screenings to capture key insights and assess candidate suitability.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records within the Workday system.

• Strategic Advisory: Provide recommendations on the best sourcing channels to optimize candidate generation efforts.

• Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Two or more years of experience in recruitment with an emphasis on candidate research. Recruiting within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable.

• Ability to create and implement creative approaches for sourcing candidates outside of conventional hiring practices.

• Fluency in both French and English is necessary. Speaking German will be beneficial but not essential.

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Workday is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to deliver high-quality results quickly.
