Who we are looking for:

 

The Executive Services Representative is primarily responsible for supporting Customers and internal Stakeholders. 


  • Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
  • Compensation:  $23-27/hr

Key Responsibilities:


  • Review the request and determine the necessary steps needed to assist
  • Evaluate the information provided to determine if the request can be completed or if additional information is required 
  • Make account updates and corrections recommendations to a third-party mortgage servicing provider
  • Respond to the customer or internal stakeholder with the requested documentation
  • Ensure timely, clear and accurate updates are provided to the customer and internal stakeholders on a regular basis until the request is fully completed 
  • Document all interactions fully and accurately within the system of record
  • Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned

 

What you’ll need to be successful:


  • High School Diploma / GED Required
  • This position requires a minimum of 2 -5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Previous experience in Customer Service 
  • Must have a solid understanding of escrow management and payment processing
  • Organized with good problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional listening skills in addition to verbal/written communication (chat/email/verbal)
  • Ability to read and interpret information furnished in various mediums
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate within multiple systems
  • Attention to detail 
  • Comfortable in actively participating in a team environment
