In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Transport Services Sdn BhdJob Description
- Lead and coordinate assigned warehouse functions and daily operations in line with approved plans and SOPs
- Supervise the efficient receipt, storage, value-added services, and dispatch of products within the assigned scope
- Ensure productivity targets, service levels, and operational KPIs for the assigned area are achieved
- Lead inventory-related activities including cycle counts, stock takes, and discrepancy investigations within the assigned scope
- Ensure inventory accuracy through physical counts, system reconciliation, and corrective actions
- Coordinate warehouse layout setup and space utilization for the assigned operation or site
- Monitor stock security, handling, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse
- Coordinate maintenance and report facility or equipment issues to management
- Identify and propose cost-saving, efficiency, and process improvement opportunities
- Implement and enforce SOPs, policies, and safety & health requirements
- Monitor and control operational and inventory performance to ensure KPI targets are met
- Prepare, review, and submit operational and inventory reports, including stock balance, dead stock, consumption, manpower, and KPI performance
- Coordinate logistics processes to ensure customer requirements and service KPIs are met
- Analyze operational data and highlight performance gaps with improvement recommendations
- Support management in planning manpower deployment, workflow improvements, and operational execution
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management in line with business and operational requirements
