Consultor Técnico Executivo - Doenças Raras
Localização: Salvador, Bahia
A Ipsen procura um(a) Consultor(a) Técnico(a) Executivo(a) para integrar a sua equipa de Doenças Raras. Esta posição é responsável por desenvolver relacionamentos estratégicos com médicos e profissionais de saúde, impulsionar a geração de demanda, aumentar o acesso dos pacientes aos tratamentos e contribuir para melhores resultados em saúde.
Principais responsabilidades
Desenvolver e executar planos estratégicos para contas e territórios-chave.
Construir parcerias de confiança com médicos, hospitais e outros stakeholders.
Promover conhecimento científico e clínico dos produtos e áreas terapêuticas.
Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com equipas de Marketing, Médico, Acesso ao Mercado e Comercial.
Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e apoiar iniciativas focadas nos pacientes.
Perfil
Formação superior em Ciências da Saúde, Administração, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas.
Experiência sólida na indústria farmacêutica, idealmente em Doenças Raras, Especialidades, Hospitais ou Clínicas.
Conhecimento do sistema de saúde público e privado.
Forte capacidade de relacionamento, influência e gestão de contas.
Português fluente; inglês intermédio/avançado será valorizado.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Rare Diseases, Specialties, hospitals or clinics
- Knowledge of public and private healthcare systems
- Strong relationship-building, influencing and account management skills
- Portuguese fluency; intermediate/advanced English valued
