Job Description
- Understanding of mutual fund operations and industry is must.
- Own distributor operations support for the Sales team. Be the first point of contact for the Sales team on any operational issue. Take ownership till closure.
- Help distributors get empanelled. Follow up for missing or incorrect documents. Drive the process to completion.
- Be the first point of contact for distributor operational issues. Resolve directly when possible. Escalate when needed.
- Create compliance reports for the sales team for regular reporting.
- Drive resolution with internal teams. This includes Operations, Tech, and Compliance.
- Coordinate with the RTA for issues needing their action. Track turnaround time and push for closure.
- Set clear turnaround times for key issue types. Monitor SLA breaches and reduce repeat issues.
- Maintain clean distributor data in CRM. Ensure correct codes, contacts, and segmentation.
- Publish weekly MIS. Share insights, SOPs, and FAQs. Drive process fixes and automation.
Requirements
Relevant Work experience includes
- 2 to 5 years in Sales Ops, Sales Support, Partner Ops, Channel Ops, or Mutual Fund Operations.
- Work they should have done: handled partner onboarding end to end, chased missing documents, fixed errors, and closed cases within clear timelines.
- They must be strong at execution: ticketing and case tracking, follow ups, coordination with internal Ops and RTA teams, compliance reporting.
Must have skills
- AMC or RTA operations exposure. Familiarity with distributor workflows and escalations. Strong follow ups and case ownership.
- Clear writing and structured updates.
- Good Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfort with CRM and ticketing tools.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and push for closure.
Skills Required
