ResponsibilitiesWhat impact will you make in this role?
We are looking for Premium Personal Card Sales Executives who thrive on constant challenges and complex commercial goals, with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Empathy and attention to detail are essential in this role, along with decision-making and problem-solving skills to provide our customers with the best solutions and an exceptional experience in every interaction.

- Open new markets for premium financial products (Personal Cards)
- Continue developing long-term relationships with your clients
- Grow your high-profile referral network
- Contribute to the growth of the company’s most important business line
- Act as an ambassador of the Amex brand when engaging with high-profile prospective cardmembers
- Apply your entrepreneurial skills and work toward goals to succeed as a team

- Availability to work rotating weekly shifts within a window from 06:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. and 02:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Monday to Sunday and holidays, with a day off on Saturday or Sunday depending on the weekly schedule)
- Strong numerical and commercial KPI orientation (results-driven)
- Familiarity with technological tools: iPad, laptop, internet, and basic Microsoft Office skills
