Job Description
- Responsible for providing support on all sales related operational matters, sales administration process and paperwork as well as supporting sales team to achieve targets set by the Management.
- Review and validate all documents are completed before proceeding for preparation and compilation of statement to HQ finance statement for payment processing.
- Prepare sales administration documents and perform preliminary review before submitting for approval.
- Manage and monito customer complaints response time to provide excellent service level to Live Bird (LB) sales customers. Adhere to the SOP of handling customer complaints with feedback to the sales team.
- Accurately analyze and monitor farm performance data from Contract Farming (CF) and Open Market Buy Back (OMBB) farm, subsequently ensure that the information is updated and submitted for approval.
- Suggest improvement plans for all administration processes by providing regular feedback and suggestion. Propose possible solution options with respective risk / benefits associated to expedite problem solving when issues arise.
- Plan and work collaboratively with colleagues within the function and across the organization to ensure departmental task are effectively and efficiently delivered.
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in Sales & Administration or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in Sales Administration or equivalent.
