The role
As an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the executive recruiting team and hiring managers to provide overall administrative support and coordination. We are looking for an incredibly motivated, organized, and fast paced candidate, who can multitask, handle shifting priorities, and is flexible to ever-changing processes in a start-up environment. We're looking for candidates who have impeccable attention to detail, are go-getters, can thrive in ambiguity, and have a visionary perspective to help us scale and grow.
What you'll do:
- Schedule interviews for the executive recruiting team, assist in feedback collection
- Work closely with executive assistants, executives, and hiring teams
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
- Provide a white glove experience for all candidates, as well as our hiring team partners.
- Constantly strive to improve and uplevel our candidate experience
- Work on process improvements to make our executive recruiting even more efficient as our team grows
- Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication
- Organize travel (flights, hotels, transportation) for candidates
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with our candidates and our executive teams
- Process new hire admin tasks in the relevant systems
- Track and report on interview numbers
- Run reports on recruiting activity in recruiting systems
- Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
- Open new requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are accurate and complete
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
- Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed
What you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of post-grad experience
- 1+ years of recruiting or admin experience
- Desire to create a phenomenal candidate experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Flexible to support changing business needs
- Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Nice to have:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse
- Desire to develop and grow within Recruiting and Human Resources
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
