Job Description
Part of the Global Talent Center of Expertise within Ubisoft HQ, the Executive Recruitment team’s purpose is to strengthen Ubisoft Executive talent globally and across all Organization Units (Production, Publishing, HQ…). We support current needs by managing both external and internal recruitment processes and we anticipate future needs by building active talent pools through networking with industry leaders.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive Recruiter, the Executive Recruiter role and responsibilities include:
- Full recruitment process for our Executive community:
- Initial brief,
- Conducting Internal and external sourcing, providing detailed reporting and insights about the search,
- Interviews, candidate management and stakeholders’ management,
- Delivery of Leadership assessments for finalist candidates,
- Collaborate with HR and Compensation and Benefits team on offer process,
- Presentation and negotiation of offers,
- Build active relationships with passive candidates and maintain live and actionable talent pools for future needs,
- Leverage their network to set up generic meetings between potential candidates and Ubisoft leaders,
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their priorities and identify future needs,
- Provide talent and market insights to top management based on benchmarks, discussions with market leaders and ad hoc market analysis,
- Participate in process improvement projects to ensure we offer the best service to hiring managers and top management.
Qualifications
Relevant experience, skills & knowledge
To be successful on this position, you will need the following:
- Expertise in full recruitment process management in an international environment,
- Experience in executive recruitment (direct search, hard to find profiles, long processes) would be advantageous,
- Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders during complex recruitment processes,
- Analytical mindset, ability to produce market and search insights to bring added value to hiring managers,
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to build lasting relationships with candidates outside of active recruitment process,
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams (Compensation & Benefits, Legal, HR) to ensure a smooth offer process,
- Appetite for fast-paced, versatile environments, ability to anticipate and adapt to changes in objectives and priorities,
- Ability to act as a business partner with top leaders, focus on added value and customer experience,
- Fluency in English,
- Passion for the video game industry is a plus.

Recruitment process
[30 minutes] : visio call with a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : visio interview with a the Senior Manager of the Executive Recruitment team,
[60 minutes] : visio interview with one or two usual stakeholders in our Exec recruitment processes.
[60 minutes] : visio interview with a the Talent Acquisition Director for the Global HR team.
