We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to monitor and ensure the entire processes adhere to product safety procedures in order to meet customer quality requirements whilst supporting continuous improvement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Size Set review to understand the garments are in accordance with quality standards.
- PP meeting participating in order to contribute from quality point of view.
- Participating in to plant morning meeting and share findings.
- Involving to 3rd party and customer final audits to support external auditing process.
- On time system and manual report updating.
- Conduct final inspection accordingly for shipment clearance.
- Wash test sample tracking to understand if samples adhere to quality standards.
- Conduct inline inspections to make sure quality standards are adhered.
- Top of Production sample checking to understand new style is in accordance with quality standards and take necessary actions as an when required.
- 1st 10pcs review to understand new style is in accordance with quality standards and take necessary actions as an when required.
- Cut kit review to understand the cut kit are in accordance with quality standards and take necessary actions as an when required..
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Physical science or Statistics.
- Experience in apparel industry, especially in Cut & Sew 2–3 years’ relevant experience.
- Thorough knowledge in Statistics and Power‐BI Presentation.
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in fast‐paced environment.
