THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Executive Programs Manager, you will design and deliver experiences that inspire and engage executive-level audiences — from C-suite customers and partners to internal leadership. You’ll manage high-impact programs that showcase our company’s vision, foster trusted relationships, and drive business outcomes. This role requires exceptional program strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams across marketing, sales, product, and communications to bring executive engagement experiences to life — whether through thought leadership events, bespoke executive briefings, or immersive innovation programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and manage executive engagement programs that align with business priorities and strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Customer Advisory Boards, including recruiting the right customer mix, defining the agenda, managing logistics, and ensuring every session delivers actionable insights for product and executive teams.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate CAB feedback into clear recommendations, influence roadmap decisions, and drive cross-functional alignment around customer-validated priorities.
  • Build ongoing engagement programs with CAB members—such as follow-up briefings, insight summaries, and strategic check-ins—to strengthen executive relationships and maintain a high-performing community of advocates
  • Develop compelling narratives and agendas tailored to executive audiences, demonstrating thought leadership and strategic alignment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and comms to ensure consistency of message and impact across touchpoints.
  • Oversee logistics and delivery of executive experiences — from briefings and summits to customer advisory boards and leadership roundtables. - how about this: Develop, expand, and enhance the CxO series and related experiences, such as retreats and summits, to engage and grow the executive community.
  • Measure and communicate impact of programs through data, feedback, and insights to optimize future engagements.
  • Advise senior leaders on engagement strategy and provide guidance on audience targeting, content development, and event participation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, executive engagement, events, or marketing communications.
  • Proven track record of managing high-visibility programs with senior executives or C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience building and managing an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) or similar executive engagement program
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a global technology company or in B2B enterprise environments.
  • Experience using Sendoso or similar gifting and engagement platforms.
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing executive-level experiences or summits.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into engaging, impactful experiences.
  • Comfortable working across complex, matrixed organizations and influencing without authority.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and building meaningful connections between people and ideas.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

Compensation Range: $115,000-$150,000. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
