The Executive Producer is responsible for leading client relationships, event strategy, financial performance, and team development across a portfolio of complex event programs.Accountabilities
- Own a $1M+ portfolio of client business and event revenue.
- Oversee 20+ events annually, including leading 3+ large-scale programs exceeding $100K in revenue.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key clients.
- Manage project profitability, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop, coach, and hold accountable a team of 2–3 direct reports.
- Collaborate across Creative, Production, Operations, and contractor teams to ensure exceptional execution.
- Identify opportunities for client retention, growth, and long-term partnership.
- Strong client NPS and retention.
- Portfolio revenue and profitability targets achieved.
- 95%+ Event Core Process Health Score.
- High-performing, engaged team members.
- Events delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.
- Ability to travel 40+ days annually.
- 2+ years of direct report management experience.
Salary Range: $95,000–$120,000
Compensation is based on experience, client ownership, leadership capabilities, and demonstrated performance.
