SPMF-Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation - SouthPosition Overview:
Serves as a subject matter expert for organization's strategic plan relating to recruitment of highly specialized physicians. Develops execution plans to compete, attract and retain top talent for organization. Develops internal and external programs and talent pools to create greater competitive advantage for the organization.Leads the full life-cycle of executive recruiting in partnership with stakeholders, affiliates, and external search firms from sourcing to onboarding and retention. Provides expertise to other recruiters on pipeline searches to fill director and other management related positions.
Job Description:
EDUCATION:
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 8 years of recent relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of executive-level recruitment
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of applicable employment discrimination laws.
Familiar with local and national labor market trends pertaining to executive recruiting.
Working knowledge of recruiting best practices/processes.
Ability to understand the components included in executive total rewards packages.
Working knowledge and ability to use various social media/technology platforms to recruit and source executive-level candidates.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotions in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
Assessment skills to determine a candidate’s suitability for meeting executive talent needs.
Analytical and conceptual skills with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrates a personal and professional presence when interacting with executives, other management leaders, and potential candidates.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, with tact and diplomacy, and to present information to a variety of audiences.
Ability to influence decision-making when circumstances require.
Ability to establish credibility and interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in performing the role’s duties.
Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and fosters an inclusive work environment.
Organization and planning skills to effectively manage and/or re-prioritize activities and projects to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness.

Pay Range is $63.46 to $95.19 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
