Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Executive - Personnel Development supports the employee development cycle including recruiting, onboarding performance management and employee engagement. The role serves as a key resource for employees and manager and helps execute personnel development programs effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and assessment activities with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates, including passive talent.
- Support the implementation of onboarding and new hire orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Assist in administering the performance management process, including performance reviews and employee development discussions.
- Support the implementation and execution of employee recognition and engagement programs.
- Monitor employee retention and satisfaction trends and assist in developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
