Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development
You will serve as a visionary leader, cultivating a high-performing culture of innovation across your teams of data scientists, analysts, and AI specialists. Beyond day-to-day management, you will be responsible for shaping talent strategy, championing a culture of continuous learning, and positioning the department as a center of excellence that attracts and retains top-tier technical talent.
Portfolio Oversight & Enterprise Value
You will oversee the entire portfolio of data and AI investments, ensuring that project pipelines are rigorously aligned with the bank’s risk appetite and ROI targets. You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration at the executive level, breaking down operational silos to ensure that data initiatives deliver measurable, scalable impact across the entire enterprise.
Technical Governance & Architecture
You will set the technical direction for the bank’s AI infrastructure and data ecosystem. By evaluating emerging technologies and establishing rigorous standards for model governance, ethics, and security, you will ensure that the bank’s technical foundation is robust, scalable, and capable of maintaining a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
As a key voice in the leadership team, you will translate complex technical architectures into compelling business narratives for the Board and Executive Committee. You will build and leverage high-level strategic partnerships both internally and with external technology vendors to influence decision-making and secure support for critical data-driven initiatives.
Transforming Marketing & Customer Experience
You will set the strategic agenda for campaign analytics, moving beyond simple optimization toward a customer-centric, AI-driven marketing paradigm. You will guide the organization in leveraging predictive insights to personalize the customer journey, drive omnichannel engagement, and materially enhance the bank’s market share and lifetime value (LTV) through sophisticated, data-backed targeting strategies.
