We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic CEO with multiple business ventures. This individual will serve as a trusted right hand, managing the executive’s personal calendar, travel, appointments, reservations, daily logistics, and time-sensitive requests with exceptional attention to detail and discretion.

The ideal candidate is energetic, resourceful, responsive, and comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can change quickly. Success in this role requires strong judgment, excellent follow-through, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s personal calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Arrange restaurant reservations, personal appointments, entertainment, and social engagements.
  • Handle personal requests, errands, shopping, returns, and other time-sensitive needs.
  • Coordinate complex personal projects, events, and lifestyle-related arrangements.
  • Maintain awareness of changing priorities and adjust schedules and logistics accordingly.
  • Work closely and communicate frequently with the Household Manager to coordinate household and personal needs.
  • Provide occasional support from the executive’s office as needed.
  • Travel occasionally, including domestic and international trips.
  • Remain responsive to time-sensitive requests outside of standard working hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Executive Personal Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-touch support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly responsive, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and respect for privacy.
  • Comfortable handling occasional evening, weekend, and last-minute requests.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Spanish-language proficiency is a strong plus.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility and responsiveness during evenings and weekends as needed.

 

Compensation: $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
