Fulfilment & Logistics Operations Execution includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities (planning and execution of operations). Includes all kinds of warehouses like CFS, CY, inland depot / warehouses, bonded, LCL & Export warehouses, etc. whether owned, operated or both by Maersk.
The job requires little or no prior work experience within the functional area and the colleague is not expected to exercise independent judgment. Works under close supervision.

Responsibilities:

•Monitor overall CFS Yard Operations

•Ensure speedy resolutions on issue and exception raised by customer

•Adhere standard processes and monitors respective KPI’s

•Ensure stacking with segregation of containers

•Ensure Truck TAT & RS moves are controlled efficiently

•Creating a yard management system

•Involve in transformance journey through standardization & digitalization adoption

•Responsible for system transition and automation development

•MIS reports with high accuracy

•Manage Labor Force

•Ensures and plans for safe handling of all type of cargo upon delivery

•Makes sure all operations are Risk assessed on nature of work

•SPOC for all Internal departments for smooth transition of operations
