Job Position: Executive - Operations (QCN)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Mylapore, Chennai
Role & Responsibilities:
- Execute advertising schedules as per client orders, ensuring timely and accurate placement of ads across various platforms.
- Generate invoices accurately and promptly, maintaining a record of all financial transactions related to Ads.
- Monitor and track the progress of advertising orders, making adjustments as necessary to meet campaign objectives.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage and streamline ad operations processes.
- Maintain and analyze data using MS Excel to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing ad campaigns.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak advertising seasons or big occasions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative departments, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to promptly address inquiries and resolve issues.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
