The Executive Operations Intern will have a front row seat to Executive-to-Executive conversations happening inside of Rubrik’s new Executive Briefing Center and at premier tradeshows. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to executive communications, briefing operations, customer experience strategy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:We're looking for interns who are curious, who want to be entrusted with real responsibility, and who embrace the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for executive briefings (onsite, hybrid, and virtual)
- Help prepare briefing materials, customer profiles, and executive prep documents
- Track and organize event requests and engagement data
- Assist with onsite event execution, including room setup, hospitality, and guest experience
- Contribute to post-event reporting and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, marketing, Rubrik Leadership, and their support staff
- Help update and maintain EBC documentation, processes, and our briefing planning software (BriefingSource)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Professional Sales, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality/Event Management, or a related field
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or Spring 2027
- Interest in executive engagement, corporate events, or customer experience strategy
- Strong presentation and professional communication skills
- Comfortable interacting in executive or client-facing environments
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
