MissionLENS’s mission is to end traffic accidents. LENS prevents accidents and saves lives by detecting hazards to prevent accidents before they happen.
Platform & ProductLENS Detect scans CCTV feeds on highways to identify hazards, in real-time, before they become accidents. Public Safety agencies, alongside Departments of Transportation, receive alerts on the LENS Detect dashboard about Disabled Vehicles, Stalled Big Rigs, and Pedestrians on Freeway. A dispatcher reviews and validates the detection, and then dispatches an officer to the scene to assist the person in need — resulting in either preventing an accident or saving a life.
CBS LA recently did a three minute TV feature that succinctly captures what LENS is doing with Public Safety Agencies in one of the largest traffic capitals in the world:

Role & ResponsibilitiesAs an Executive Operations Associate, you seek transformational change. You do not accept the status quo that accidents are an accepted inevitability, or that they just happen. Instead, you believe when the root cause of an accident can be known in advance, the accident can and should be prevented. You work with fellow Preventers that share this core belief, using LENS to prevent accidents and save lives.
Your responsibilities are to provide support to the CEO and the business:
Travel planning and logistics. Own the CEO’s travel arrangements end-to-end, including itinerary, rapid problem solving, and always having thoughtful and reliable alternatives to eliminate single points of failure.
Daily administrative support. Optimize the CEO’s calendar to ensure every commitment is the highest and best use of time, ensuring and maintaining a smooth daily flow. Provide support across daily needs, tasks, and operational details.
Contact management. Organize and maintain contact lists with accuracy and care.
Your mindset is grounded in:
Anticipation over reaction. You are always thinking ahead and removing friction before it slows anyone down.
Precision is care. Getting the details exactly right - the right time, the right logistics, the right prep - is how you express commitment to the mission and respect for everyone's time.
Ownership without ego. You take full responsibility for the outcomes in your domain and stay calm, clear, and composed in a fast-moving environment. You don't wait to be told what to do next when the right next step is clear.
Principles you share with us are:
We see organization as leverage. The more organized you are the stronger our overall operations are, enabling us to continue to collaborate & create at higher and higher levels.
Invest the most time where it makes the most progress. You evaluate every task and priority by the impact it will have on the CEO's effectiveness and the company's ability to move the mission forward.
Begin with the end in mind. You understand what a successful outcome looks like before you start, and you work backwards to ensure every step is accounted for.
The Skills & Experience you have are:
1+ years of experience supporting leaders. While we are looking for someone with experience, we are prioritizing capability, drive, and ability to make impact. You will be familiar with a high-velocity environment, ideally within a startup, venture-backed company, or similarly fast-moving organization. Experience supporting a CEO is strongly preferred.
Exceptional travel, calendar and time orchestration skills, including managing complex itineraries, coordinating logistics across time zones, and adapting quickly as needed to ensure plans stay smooth and on track.
Demonstrated ability to operate in high-stakes, high-trust environments, where scheduling errors, missed context, or poor judgment can materially impact business relationships or strategic outcomes.
High judgment and discretion, with a consistent track record of handling confidential information appropriately, including sensitive business discussions, personnel matters, investor communications, and external partnerships.
Operational excellence across tools and systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, calendar and travel booking platforms, and task management systems (Notion or equivalent).
Comfort and fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools, using them to increase speed, accuracy, and leverage in communication, scheduling, and coordination workflows.
The time to accept traffic accidents is ending, and the time to prevent them is beginning. This belief is becoming more of an inevitable reality every day. The number of people public agencies and departments are helping with LENS keeps growing faster and faster. If you want to enable LENS leadership to accelerate our vision of an accident-free world, this role is for you.

What We Do
LENS is an AI-powered traffic-safety company working to end traffic accidents. Its LENS Detect platform analyzes highway CCTV feeds in real time to identify hazards before they cause crashes. The system alerts public-safety agencies and transportation departments to incidents such as disabled vehicles, stalled tractor-trailers, and pedestrians on freeways, helping agencies respond earlier, prevent collisions, and save lives across high-risk roadways.
