Manages the CEO’s incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting, editing, proofreading, formatting, printing, and sending letters and emails. Maintains executive contacts, tracks correspondence history and follow-ups, and handles confidential information with discretion. The role requires exceptional executive writing, precision, organization, sound judgment, and experience supporting senior leaders or high-stakes external relationships.

Architect, build, operate, and scale a mission-critical real-time platform that uses AI and streaming video to detect roadway hazards. The Systems Engineer will ensure reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across infrastructure, data pipelines, AI systems, applications, sensors, compute, and physical hardware. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, ML model optimization, metadata schema design, streaming data and video integration, messaging frameworks, testability, cloud infrastructure, and resilient system architecture.

Supports the CEO through end-to-end travel planning, complex itinerary and logistics management, calendar optimization, daily administrative coordination, and accurate contact management. The role requires proactive problem solving, strong judgment, discretion, operational precision, and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-trust environment. The associate will use Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, travel booking platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve executive effectiveness and business operations.

Leads LENS’s communications strategy and owns its narrative across media, government, policymakers, and the public. Builds earned-media relationships, prepares executives for press and public appearances, manages crisis communications, and develops rapid-response capabilities. The role builds institutional trust and increases awareness of LENS’s AI-powered public-safety platform and mission to prevent traffic accidents.

Design, implement, and operate LENS security architecture across cloud and application layers; lead FedRAMP/SOC 2 compliance; embed security into engineering via threat modeling and reviews; build monitoring, detection, and incident response; partner with engineering and public-safety customers to ensure platform trust and reliability.

Lead and scale LENS's business organization by building Marketing, Communications, Customer Impact, People, and other functions; translate strategy into operational execution; design systems, processes, and decision frameworks for scale; create organizational leverage; partner with the CEO on hiring, strategy, and long-term company building to prevent traffic accidents.

Lead design, build, and scaling of company-wide operational systems and rhythms. Drive cross-functional execution, annual and quarterly planning, resource allocation, and metric-driven impact measurement. Identify and solve operational bottlenecks, establish operational excellence, and ensure reliability for public safety and transportation agency customers.

Lead and scale the engineering organization, architect and operate a low-latency vision and perception platform, recruit and grow teams, establish engineering craftsmanship, and measure impact via detections, accidents averted, and lives saved.

Support the CEO by managing calendar and communications, triaging correspondence, preparing briefing materials, coordinating cross-functional projects, managing internal events, and ensuring leadership remains focused on high-impact priorities.

Lead full-cycle recruiting to build LENS's team: source mission-aligned candidates, own the candidate journey, design interview processes, scale recruiting operations, and hire high-caliber technical talent while partnering with leaders.

Own day-to-day People operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and People record management. Serve as first point of contact for employee questions, maintain HR systems (Rippling), document SOPs, and support scalable people processes for a fast-growing startup.
