Executive Operations Analyst

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field. 
• 2 years of experience in strategy, operations, business analysis, or project coordination roles. Internship or co-op experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or startup operations is a plus. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Internship or co-op experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or startup operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and business dashboard tools (preferred).
• Strong research, synthesis, and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working with senior leaders.
• Interest in business strategy, operations, and internal transformation.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Support the execution and tracking of company-wide strategic initiatives and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for meetings. 
• Maintain decision logs, strategic roadmaps, and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional updates and follow-ups with team leads.
• Conduct research and support business case development.
• Assist in project tracking, documentation, and execution reviews.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Operations.
• Support data gathering from surveys, dashboards, and operational feedback.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal best practices.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders.
