- Develop frequent communication to ensure common understanding of key activities undertaken or planned within the department/unit.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for Procurement teams and Business Users/Enablers.
- Assist to perform secondary role in managing and maintaining master catalogue, User ID, IT and Non-IT project budget in the Procurement System, ensuring data accuracy.
- Support project managers and project teams during system implementation phases.
- Assist the Project Manager with PMO-related tasks as needed.
- Conduct spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
