Are you passionate about fostering the next generation of innovators and changemakers? The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centre (EIC), a vibrant hub within the School of Business, is looking for self-motivated and responsible individual to join our team as an Executive Officer.

You will play a role in assisting the Centre Manager in executing programs and activities that inspire and equip our students with the skills to turn their visionary ideas into reality. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist the Centre Manager in implementing strategic plans that advance the Centre’s mission in entrepreneurship education;
  • Coordinate Programs and Activities: Help organise and deliver the EIC’s diverse portfolio of events and initiatives, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution;
  • Build a Thriving Community: Act as a connector, building and nurturing strong relationships with students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners;
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the Centre's website, social media platforms, promotional materials and quality assurance to ensure we deliver outstanding value to our community; and
  • Provide Team Support: Assist in supporting team members, encouraging an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. A background in entrepreneurship, innovation, or a related field is a strong asset;
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • A highly organised, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset with a keen eye for detail;
  • Proficiency in digital tools and website management is a plus; and
  • Experience in writing government grant proposals and managing events is an advantage.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
