ECDD Information Update
Update customer due diligence information directly in the ECDD form within the system as part of periodic review exercises. Perform data entry and update KYC, PEP and RCA information based on documents and information uploaded into the systems by relevant stakeholders.
System Access & Information Retrieval
Access relevant internal systems to obtain information required for ECDD updates and data entry purposes. Ensure necessary system access is obtained and maintained at all times to support timely completion of assigned tasks. Monitor validity of system access and promptly initiate renewal or access request where required.
Data Accuracy & Record Maintenance
Ensure customer information and supporting details are accurately updated and properly reflected in the ECDD form within the system. Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date ECDD records in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate within the team and relevant stakeholders to obtain clarification or additional information required for ECDD updates, if applicable. Follow up on incomplete or outstanding information to support timely completion of periodic review updates.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support for periodic customer information update process. Assist in tracking and maintaining records relating to ECDD updates, system access and periodic review activities.
Volume Management & Process Support
Manage and complete assigned ODD review volumes within the established capped capacity and stipulated timelines. Ensure timely processing and accurate updating of ODD information while maintaining data quality and operational standards.
Skills Required
- Update ECDD form and enter KYC, PEP and RCA information based on uploaded documents
- Access and use internal systems to retrieve information and maintain valid system access
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain complete ECDD records per internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with team and stakeholders to obtain clarifications and follow up on outstanding information
