Key Responsibilities
Support strategy development with structured analysis
- Support the development of strategic frameworks and initiatives.
- Conduct analyses on customer segments, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Contribute structured input and perspectives to shape proposition ideas.
Translate strategy into clear frameworks and materials
- Convert strategic concepts into structured frameworks, models, and practical guidance.
- Ensure initiatives are clearly articulated and logically organised.
- Develop clear documentation that translates strategy into practical guidance for internal stakeholders.
Develop process flows and operational documentation
- Design process flows, journey maps, and operating models to illustrate how propositions and initiatives work in practice.
- Maintain segment playbooks and reference materials in collaboration with the Performance & Integration team.
- Ensure processes and frameworks are clearly documented and user-friendly.
Support proposition development
- Assist in the development and refinement of customer value propositions for the affluent segment across MIST.
- Support cross-border and growth initiatives through analysis and coordination.
- Ensure propositions are clearly linked to delivery models and execution requirements.
Prepare structured communication materials
- Develop clear, concise, and well-structured presentations and documents.
- Support the preparation of materials for internal discussions and senior stakeholders’ decision-making.
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all outputs.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Arts, or Law).
- 3–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or transformation roles.
- Experience in process flows, journey mapping, or structured documentation.
- Understanding of banking or wealth business models is preferred.
