About the Role
The Paid Media Analyst will play an important role within the firm’s centralized paid media organization, helping to drive commercial growth of the business through an understanding of the fundamentals of paid media, exemplary attention to detail and organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow as a media professional. They will partner with center of excellence (COE) leads and other marketing colleagues across their designated lines of business to help develop and execute strategic paid media campaigns, spanning awareness to acquisition. This role will be primarily focused on the Asset Management line of business and will be global in nature with activations across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Responsibilities
- Support in the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies and media plans across various platforms and channels in partnership with agency partners.
- Assist with optimizing, implementing, and analyzing campaign activations.
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media and digital advertising to continuously innovate and enhance campaign performance.
- Manage invoicing, budget tracking, and maintenance of media schedules with our agency partners.
- Build stakeholder-ready presentations that clearly articulate the strategy, insights, and next steps for the firm’s paid media campaigns.
- Demonstrate exceptional risk management by ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications, including proactive management of operational risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the Executive Office and with colleagues across the firm’s businesses.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $80000-$110000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
