The PositionAs an Executive Mobility Advisor, you are responsible for the comprehensive and proactive management of senior international assignments, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for both executives and key stakeholders within the business.
You act as a trusted advisor and escalation point, providing expert guidance on complex global mobility processes, policies and strategic assignment planning post approval. Your role requires a high degree of proactivity, empathy, attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
The opportunity:
Oversee the full lifecycle of senior international assignments, ensuring proactive issue resolution and seamless execution.
Form part of an Executive relocation support squad providing support to other members of the squad in terms of coverage and additional support.
Act as a key point of contact for senior assignees, maintaining regular check-ins and providing timely updates to executives, their assistants and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain close collaboration with external vendors, ensuring clear communication, proactive case monitoring and participation in briefing calls.
Manage high-priority and time-sensitive cases, and provide expertise in handling ambiguous cases, ensuring swift and accurate decision-making in collaboration with stakeholders, and using a solution-driven mindset to tailor approaches based on individual circumstances.
Foster strong partnerships across internal teams, ensuring alignment and seamless mobility processes across all touchpoints.
Lead and actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation and enhancements in mobility practices, incorporating automation, data analytics, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall assignee experience.
Support training, coaching and mentorship initiatives, contributing to the upskilling of junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Who you are:
We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and solutions-driven professional with a deep understanding of global mobility and stakeholder management at the executive level. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex global frameworks with confidence and precision.
University or College degree with at least 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility, including extensive experience in high-touch executive advisory roles.
Proficiency in global mobility systems (SAP, Workday, Topia, AssignmentPro), MS Office and Google Apps.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, external vendors, and diverse cultural backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases, analyze data and provide strategic, case-specific solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with executives and their support teams.
Ability to anticipate challenges, take initiative and ensure all aspects of the assignment process are executed flawlessly.
