The Role
As the Executive Meeting Manager, you serve as the primary contact for small to mid size meetings and group events. You coordinate event details, manage client communication, and ensure successful execution by partnering with banquet, catering, and operations teams.
What You Will Be Doing
• Manage meeting and event inquiries, bookings, and confirmations
• Prepare event orders, contracts, and detailed function information
• Coordinate meeting logistics including room setups, A/V needs, and F&B requirements
• Conduct site tours and communicate event details to clients
• Partner with banquet, culinary, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and client communication logs
• Provide exceptional service and support before, during, and after events
• Assist in meeting revenue goals and departmental objectives
