What You'll Be Doing
As an Executive, Marketing, this role supports marketing execution for the BYD brand, working closely with appointed dealers, the Brand Principal, and external partners to drive showroom traffic, brand visibility, and sales performance.
This role ensures that marketing campaigns, events, and communications are delivered effectively at the retail level and aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Work closely with BYD dealers to plan and execute showroom promotions, roadshows, test drive events, and local marketing activations.
Execute distributor and principal-led marketing campaigns, including new model launches and promotional activities.
Act as the primary marketing contact for dealers, providing guidance on campaigns, brand usage, and best practices.
Coordinate marketing collateral production and distribution in line with BYD brand standards.
Support events and exhibitions, including planning, on‑site coordination, and post‑event reporting.
Assist with public relations and media activities, including press events, media coordination, and coverage tracking.
Ensure all marketing executions comply with brand governance and approval processes.
Support budget tracking, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and marketing financial reporting.
Prepare campaign performance reports, dealer participation tracking, and marketing documentation.
Support the retail marketing team in the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and retail activations.
Who We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience in automotive, retail, or dealer‑based marketing is an advantage.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable working with multiple parties and timelines.
