• CEO & CCO B2C Trainee, Telia Sweden 

• CCO B2B Trainee, Telia Sweden 

• Head of Customer Operations Trainee, Telia Sweden 

• Head of Infra Trainee, Telia Sweden 

As an Executive Management Trainee at Telia, you will... 
 

Get a unique and in-depth understanding of how a listed multinational company is managed. You will work closely with your executive leader and be a part of their leadership Team, driving diverse, exciting, and often complex initiatives across a wide range of stakeholders. Through exposure to key decision-makers and business-critical processes, you will gain valuable insight into how Sweden's largest telecom company is run, creating a strong foundation for your future career. 
 
This is a highly challenging yet rewarding position where you will be part of a Trainee community and colleagues eager to support you. You’re promised permanent employment from day one, with a planned start in August 2027 at Telia SE in Stockholm. Over the course of approximately 12 months, you will take on this exciting challenge before transitioning into your next opportunity within the company, identified together with your leader. 
 

In this role, you will, amongst other things: 

• Work directly with your executive leader and support them in their daily work 

• Participate in and lead strategically important projects in different parts of the organization 

• Coordinate and prepare leadership team meetings, as well as follow up on management team priorities and action points 

• Be a proactive member of your team and get experience from multiple different business areas in the organization 

Who we’re looking for 
 

To excel in this role, you should be at the beginning of your professional career and graduate with a master's degree no later than June 2027. Your degree should not be more than two years old. 

Your profile: 

• Driven and positive with a strong sense of ownership 

• Result oriented and willing to walk the extra mile 

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills 

• Curious and ambitious  

• Great analytical and reasoning abilities 

• Skilled multitasker with a daring and inquisitive mindset 

Your experience: 

• Strong academic background with a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or similar 

• International experience or interesting extracurricular activities is a plus 

• Professional experience, e.g., relevant internships or current employment 

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
