Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver learning and development programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge across various levels.
- Support the implementation of organizational development initiatives related to talent management, performance management, change management, employee engagement, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging).
- Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Collect data and contribute to the evaluation of L&OD programs and initiatives using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms, helping to recommend continuous improvements.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring the L&OD budget.
- Maintain and update learning resources, materials, and knowledge management systems.
- Support the ongoing improvement of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Provide assistance in facilitating organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Champion and promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
- Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on L&OD-related matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest L&OD trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Support the day-to-day management and operation of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, directly focused on Learning & Development or Organizational Development functions.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting, coordinating, or executing L&OD programs and initiatives such as Training Needs Analysis (TNA), engagement surveys, or competency mapping.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office & G-Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs etc.).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR technology solutions.
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories.
- Basic understanding of train-the-trainer & coaching principles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Organizational and planning skills.
