Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to provide reception and administrative support for a prestigious law firm client of Epiq. Our ideal candidate will have prior professional reception experience and a willingness to provide white glove service.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Reception

  • Includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Greet and work with VIPs and Corporate Executives
  • Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office 
  • Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable 
  • Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner 
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area
  • Order and stock supplies as needed
  • Process billing invoices
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested

Hospitality Services

  • Includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies.
  • Provide “White Glove” hospitality services 
  • Set-up meeting rooms as specified 
  • Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
  • Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
  •  Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
  • Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
  • Includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED. College degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3+ years reception experience preferably in a law firm setting but other professional environments are acceptable.

  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail

  • Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time

  • Successful candidates must be fully vaccinated from COVID19 as a condition of employment prior to the start date

  • Work schedule; 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m Monday - Friday (In office / No remote work)

The Compensation range for this role is 23.08 to 27.69 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
