Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the Industrial Engineering team. This role would enable you to Improve manufacturability by standardizing both machine & method, with the product development team using PPA process, chassis & autonomation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership at PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), MI (Moulding Integration), FI (Factory Integration), Pp (Pre-Production).
- Ensure the availability of the Tech Pack with PPA champion.
- Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at pre-production stage.
- Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production.
- Prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1 and machine setting STW.
- Ensure chassis base manufacturing.
- Certify Team Members are trained up to the expected standards before PSD.
- Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.
- Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- GSD License Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven people management abilities with a collaborative approach to team development.
