We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to strengthen the employer-employee relationship through identifying and resolving workplace issues, measuring employee satisfaction and morale, and providing support and input to the company's performance management system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong relationship with all levels of employees making every effort to enhance better employer employee relations.
- Conduct effective guidance on required cases of employees either referred to by departments or by own observations.
- Organize effective employee activities to promote bonding among employees ensuring maximum participation.
- Coordinate and attend all employee’s meetings such as Customer meeting, department’s monthly review, JCC, TL/GL (Team Leader/ Group Leader) and other relevant meeting by attending to all connected work.
- Carry out all assigned official visits such as employee residences, funerals and external organizations etc.
- Coordinate CSR activities among manufacturing operations, build strong relationship with external parties such as Government institutions, Temples, and other civil societies to successfully execute the annual CSR calendar.
- Assist to identify and support to develop future talent.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Human Resource Management.
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
