Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, attendance management, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and personal files
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management statutory compliance in collaboration with finance teams and external vendors
- Handle vendor management related to payroll, benefits, background verification, and other HR services
- Evaluate existing and potential HR tools to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support organizational needs
- Support process improvements and actively take ownership in transitioning from existing HR tools (e.g., GreytHR) to new HR systems
- Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, ensuring clear and timely communication on HR policies, processes, and benefits
- Support HR team members and admin teams in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including partnering with HR and admin teams to plan and execute engagement programs, internal events, and cultural-building activities
- Assist with performance management processes and HR communications
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards for the management review
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, particularly within a regulated Forex/financial services environment
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze the data to provide actionable insights for HR initiatives, engagement strategies, and process improvements
Requirements
- A minimum of bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within Forex, BFSI, or a regulated industry
- Hands on experience with HRMS tools such as GreytHR, with a strong willingness to explore and transition to new HR platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels
- Experience in vendor coordination and relationship management
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
- High standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement and problem-solving approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and compliance-driven environment
