Job Description
To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of Front Office services to client staffs in Pune, India in support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators set out below. Major Responsibilities: • To attend day to day calls received from internal customers at the help desk for resolving issues, queries, stationery requirements, cafeteria & office space inspection rounds. • preparing snag lists and coordination with technical & soft services team. • Vendor management, consumables tracking making MIS as required. • Coordination with various teams during town halls & other events. • Qualification • Graduate Work Experience • Minimum Experience – 2 Years in the same profile with corporateINCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
