Front Office executive
Responsible for effective and efficient operations of front desk.
About the Role:
Front desk Coordination
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Maintain records, files, and staff phone lists (local and web-based). Assist HR during onboarding and other activities. Conduct workspace walkarounds with new employees. Support Work from Home kit delivery coordination via cab.
Facility & Housekeeping Support
Ensure daily LRR cleaning inspection and connect with female chambermaid Conduct weekly briefings with the housekeeping team. Track and update the Trimont Goodies tracker for new joiners. Monitor pantry and reprographic equipment upkeep.
Event & Space Management
Align with Facility Manager and Coordinate for all events and Townhalls Assist in space planning updates for new hires, exits and Support FM on governances
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with Facility Manager Be alert and report any unusual issues or observations.
General Duties
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative tasks. Support CSR and other corporate activities as requested by FM Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Trimont/ Facilities Manager.
About You:
- Intermediate to Advanced experience in Operations is essential
- Previous experience in a similar Security & Parking Management role
- Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
