- Monthly uploading, review, and analyses Management reporting.
- Assist in quarterly and yearly reports to be submitted to regional office.
- Assist in various adhoc reports or data requests by Regional/Corporate office/local management.
- Balance sheet review; payroll JV upload
- Updating SKF and executing cycles in SAP for cost allocation/distribution.
- Assist in preparation of budget and forecasts.
- Statutory & Tax Audit co-ordination.
- Payroll Related Accounts Reconciliation & Line-item management.
- Responsible for reviewing of availability of funds, transfer of funds & currency conversion
- Sox documents maintenance and updation
- Reviewing Foreign Exchange exposures and plan for minimizing Foreign Exchange risks
- Vendor account creation/change in SAP
