Job Description
- Well-versed with Income tax, GST, Labour laws, and other real estate related compliances.
- Well-versed with Companies Law and LLP related filing and compliances.
- MIS preparation, Balance sheet finalization and investor reporting.
- Day to Day management reporting.
- Dealing with internal and external auditors.
- Maintain group company accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the senior accountant to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
- Assist with daily accounting, Tally entries, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and Excel reports. Support billing, records, and compliance.
- Ensuring timely recording & processing of invoices and payments via co-ordination with Site accountants
- Performing vendor reconciliation & resolving vendor escalations.
- Co-ordination with banks w.r.t account opening, bank statements, etc.
- Regular follow-ups and co-ordination with multiple departments and personnels within the entity
Key Skills Needed
- B.com/M. Com/CA Inter with articleship Exp/ CA Dropout
- 2-3 years of exp in accounting, taxation, statutory and management reporting
- Good Interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Having experience/background in Real Estate/CA Firm will be preferred
CTC
1. 4-5 lacs lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
2. Corporate health insurance
