Key Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· The individual will be responsible for managing & dealing with consultant for filings of all the Direct and Indirect Tax filings like GST, Income Tax and related assessments, MCA compliances like Secretarial Filings, FEMA and RBI filing as applicable.
· The candidate must have knowhow of TDS & GST mechanism and should be able to advise the internal stake holders on official tax relate matters
· Also, the expected candidate should be able to handle all the bank related activities like Bank Gaurantee (Withdrawal, Renewal and fresh issue), Maintaining appropriate Signatory matrix, Manage the Tax related payouts within due date. Etc
· Work on all the compliance or banking related activities as and when required

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
· B.Com/ BAF, a master’s degree would be a plus.

· 2–5 years of relevant experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Previous experience working in a CA firm would be an advantage
· Ability to build long-term client relationships
· Self-motivated and updated with all the taxation terms

Skills Required
- B.Com or BAF degree
- Master's degree
- 2-5 years of relevant finance/tax experience
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax mechanisms and ability to advise stakeholders
