KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record journal entries and maintain accounting books in SAP in compliance with both IFRS and VAS standards
- Collaborate closely with the AR and AP teams to ensure monthly closing data is complete, accurate, and properly reconciled.
- Prepare month-end financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, and Cash Flow statement, along with supporting schedules such as bank reconciliations and cash counts….
- Manage and submit internal management reports in accordance with Group reporting requirements and deadlines
- Prepare and file monthly tax declarations (VAT, WHT, CIT) and ensure all tax payments are made on time
- Periodically review tax balances recorded in the Tax System and perform timely reconciliation for any discrepancies
- Coordinate and provide requested information to external auditor for annual audit report
- Support the Senior Manager, Finance in cash flow monitoring, funding requirements, and ensuring optimal utilization of company funds
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Finance and the Chief Accountant
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 to 4-year of relevant accounting experiences, real estate industry experience is preferred.
- SAP knowledge, good understanding of VAS, IFRS
- Audit experience, relevant certificates (ACCA/CPA) is strong plus
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to excel under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
