With our Executive Fast Track Program, you will spend 12 months in various positions in Germany and abroad and experience the full range of our division. This will be the foundation for your future with us as an executive manager, as for Bosch leadership means continuously advancing yourself and other people, influencing existing processes and thus achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals.
Place of work: focus on the greater Stuttgart area and abroad
• Decide for yourself which starting date is best for you and when your permanent employment contract begins;
• Actively design your program with up to 3 stations in different areas;
• Enjoy getting to know Bosch during a station abroad;
• Supplement your practical experience with a variety of learning and training methods, for which you have an individual budget;

Job Description
• Shape the future: you work in the dynamic, future driven area of e-mobility with challenging technical solutions, high degree of innovation under high cost and time pressure. You are responsible for leading large power electronics A-projects or programs with OEM customer contact;
• Take responsibility: you are responsible to reach customer targets and lead your project successfully reaching the targets in-time, in-cost and in-budget. You lead a 360°-team consisting of system development, design, software, application, purchasing, testing and plant responsible;
• Act as an entrepreneur: you pursue project goals self-driven, you develop solutions and measures to ensure your products profit and to make your team efficiently reach the targets;
• Live cooperation: you are central communication and contact point for a multi-cultural, multi-competence project team acting in the world-wide working environment. You are well connected with several domains an all parties involved enclosing customer and suppliers. You lead and optimize the cooperation and processes in your team continuously looking for best-in-class approaches and solutions;
• You make the difference: you lead a large team with passion, power, structured approaches, bravely and well-connected between all management levels involved. You drive your team paving the path for attractive products and market leadership in power electronics for Bosch in the fast growing electrification market.
Qualifications
• Education: completed university studies in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, physics or a comparable subject (technical background);
• Experience and Knowledge: you are experienced with power electronics and software development, international team setups, customer communication and experienced in project lead; you have excellent communication skills and several years of working experience in automotive area;
• Qualifications: PMP certified;
• Personality and Working Practice: you are initiative, self-organized, responsive, solution oriented, an agile, flexible and pragmatic team player, positive thinking and motivating personality;
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English.”
