- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority.

- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP and digital collaboration tools.
