Role Summary

The ESG Executive will drive and support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across operations. The role involves coordination with various service line SPOCs, development, and implementation of ESG frameworks, and leading on-ground initiatives to meet organizational sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the centra l SPOC for ESG initiatives, coordinating closely with service line SPOCs.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure ESG compliance and initiative execution
  • Mediate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners for seamless implementation

🔹 Policy & SOP Development

  • Support the development and implementation of ESG policies, frameworks, and SOPs
  • Ensure all processes are aligned with organizational and regulatory ESG requirements
  • Periodically review and update ESG documentation

🔹 ESG Goals & Reporting

  • Assist in defining ESG goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Track, monitor, and report ESG performance across sites
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review

🔹 Initiative Planning & Execution

  • Lead and manage ESG-related initiatives such as:
    • Environmental awareness programs
    • Waste management and sustainability drives
    • Energy and water conservation initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement and participation in ESG activities

🔹 Compliance & Monitoring

  • Ensure adherence to ESG standards and internal policies
  • Conduct audits and site checks to monitor effectiveness of ESG practices

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder coordination & communication skills
  • Understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability practices
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience in SOP development
  • Analytical skills for tracking metrics and reporting
  • Ability to lead initiatives and drive employee engagement

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in ESG / Sustainability
  • Experience in corporate or multi-site operations preferred
