We are seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the overall success of the organization. What You Own:
- Drive occupancy growth through marketing, community outreach, referral partnerships, and lead conversion efforts.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, coordination, compliance, and facility management.
- Develop pricing strategies and monitor market trends to support revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and track key operational and financial metrics.
- Build strong relationships with community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead, coach, and support team members while fostering a high-quality resident experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
