Established assisted living community seeking an experienced Executive Director. Great opportunity to join the leadership team of a regional operator with decades of senior living experience.

Candidates must have proven ability to provide strategic leadership, achieve and maintain sales goals, effectively meet quality operational standards, and ensure DCH, local, state and federal compliance.
This position shall fulfill day to day operational objectives and provide stability to the community, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Understand and implement thorough working knowledge of state/federal care regulations and support of the resident care team through regular contact, oversight, and feedback.
- Ensure resident medication administration, treatment, supplies, etc., are managed properly.
- Ensure resident needs are met through nurturing atmosphere, proper staffing levels, environmental services optimization, and maintain safe working and living environment.
- Regular coordination with third parties regarding resident health and care provided to residents.
- Lead the development and implementation of sales and operational strategies for the community to create value consistent with the company’s business objectives in coordination with president and management team associates.
- Develop and implement successful strategies regarding labor, team performance, and employee morale, and act as a liaison between the community and corporate human resources office, while building strong relationships between all mentioned.
- Oversee proper interviewing, hiring, orientation and training, supervising and evaluation of staff.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, including prospective resident tours, move-in coordination, and evaluation
- Attend and participate in community activities and special events.
- Oversee development of community relationships and referral programs.
- Visit community during all shifts to provide oversight and thorough communication to direct care staff, supervise on-call responsibilities as well as participating in on-call rotation.
