As the Executive Director you will direct the overall operation of the community in accordance with resident and staff needs, government regulation, and company specific policy and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing Team Leadership: Leads the team of managers and staff to create a culture of cooperation, accountability, and growth. Works to treat employees fairly, training each of the employees to succeed, and then consistently looking for ways to help the employees grow.
- Supervising and Assisting with Resident Care:
- Interacts with residents regularly, responding to questions promptly and solving problems appropriately as they arise.
- Consistently works towards being a citation free community. Regularly reviews rules and regulation to ensure compliance.
- Operations Management: Maintains close relationship and reporting with the local corporate office regarding ongoing property issues and developments.
- Financial Management: Reports to the local corporate office regularly as to the financial performance of the building. Strives to meet and exceed budget occupancy goals for the community.
- Building Lease Up: Engages with the in-house marketing director and coordinates with the other department managers to move in new residents to the community.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualified Candidates will have the following characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or related field preferred.
- Have meaningful on-site experience providing leadership in senior living preferred
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Fun to work with and have the ability to work flexible hours.
