What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide overall leadership for all aspects of community operations, including resident services, clinical support, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales and administrative functions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while building a collaborative and engaged workplace 
  • Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams 
  • Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community 
  • Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry 
  • Provide experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning 
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills 
  • Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences

Additional Information 

Travel frequency: 0-10% 

Estimated Salary: $151,000 - $189,000

The actual title & salary will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
